PRACTICE and MEETS

WHEN PRACTICE IS AT THE STADIUM, THE STADIUM WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR PRACTICE UNTIL 3:45 EACH DAY.

ATHLETES MAY REPORT EITHER TO THE WEIGHT ROOM/CONDITIONING CENTER (TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS) AND LIFT BEFORE REPORTING TO THE STADIUM AT 3:45 PM FOR PRACTICE.

A SHUTTLE BUS WILL DEPART FOR THE STADIUM FROM THE SENIOR HIGH MAIN GYM AT APPROXIMATELY 3:30 PM.
