Greater Latrobe Track and Field Away Meets

BALDWIN HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 70 W to Rt. 51 N.  The school is on the right on a hill two (2) miles past Century III Mall.

CONNELLSVILLE STADIUM

Follow Rt. 119 S to Connellsville (Kentucky Fried Chicken on right, Sterbutzel Tire Service on left at the bottom of the hill).  There are three (3) lanes - be in the center lane - make a left turn before the traffic light onto Pittsburgh Street (do not go to the McDonald's red light).  On Pittsburgh Street go three (3) traffic lights - block apart - from the third light, go three (3) blocks - big stone church on the left - and make a right onto Green Street.  Follow Green Street until it ends (several blocks) and make a left onto Arch Street.  Follow Arch Street to the stadium.

DERRY AREA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 982 N through Bradenville and continue directly to the high school, which is on the right.  Continue past the high school and take the first right turn into the parking lot.

Franklin Regional Panther Stadium

Take Rt. 22 W to Murrysville.  At the intersection of Manordale Center and Sandy Belle's on the left and the Lutheran Church and gas station on the right, make a right onto School Road.  Follow School Road to the Franklin Regional Senior High School Complex.

GREENSBURG SALEM SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 30 W and continue straight into Greensburg.  Continue down the hill and start up another hill.  About 100 yards up this hill turn right at the first light onto Arch Street.  Go through the underpass.  At the second traffic light, turn left onto Rt. 819 N and continue to McLaughlin Drive (Greensburg Salem School sign).  Turn left off 819 and go past Nicely Elementary School.  Make a right to the high school.  The track is located at the bottom of the hill below the parking lot.

HEMPFIELD AREA HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 30 W to West Newton exit to Rt. 136.  Turn right onto Rt. 136 and continue approximately 2 miles and the school is on the right.

INDIANA AREA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 22 E past Blairsville to Rt. 119 N to Indiana.  Follow Rt. 119 N to Clymer/Indiana exit.  Rt. 119 N will become Rt. 286 W.  Exit in left lane at the Jimmy Stewart Airport and Indiana exit.  At the light, bear right onto Philadelphia Street continue to 5th Street.  Turn right onto N. 5th Street and continue four (4) blocks to high school, which is on the left.

Kiski Area High School Stadium

Take Rt. 66 N to Rt. 356 junction.  Bear left at the junction to Rt. 356 and continue approximately three (3) miles to a stop sign.  Turn left at the stop sign onto Rt. 56/Rt. 356 for approximately 1/8th of a mile.  Turn right at the stop light.  The Kiski Area High School entrance will be approximately 500 feet to the right.

Mars Area Schools
From Route 8 (North of Turnpike [76] Exit 4):
Head North on Route 8 to Route 228.  Make a left onto Route 228 West.  Follow Route 228 West for approximately 2 miles.  Mars Middle School and Mars Athletic Complex are on your right.  Mars High School in on your left through the first traffic light.

MT. PLEASANT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 981 S to the Greensburg/Mt. Pleasant Road.  Continue past the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds and through Norvelt.  At the stop sign just past the Open Pantry, continue straight for approximately three (3) miles.  The school will be visible on the left.  At the intersection with a red brick church on the left, make a left.  The school is on the left at the top of the hill.

NORWIN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 30 W under the Turnpike and continue until half way up the hill.  At the blinking yellow light, make a right turn onto Buttermilk Hollow Road.  At the stop sign, make a left onto Center Highway.  At the second traffic light, turn left back onto Rt. 30 E.  Returning to the blinking yellow light, turn right onto Buttermilk Hollow Road (on the opposite side of Rt. 30 from earlier).  At the bottom of the hill, make a left turn - this is the school's driveway.  At the top of the hill, you will come to a parking lot.  The stadium is on the far side of this parking lot.

PENN TRAFFORD SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take Rt. 30 W (Greensburg Bypass) past Greensburg.  At the first traffic light (Gabriel Brothers), turn onto Greengate Road and follow to Rt. 130.  Turn left onto Rt. 130 W and follow through Jeannette into Harrison City.  Continue on Rt. 130 W through Harrison City.  The entrance to the high school is on the left.

SHIPPENSBURG UNIVERSITY (PIAA CHAMPIONSHIPS)

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 15/201 (Blue Mountain). Turn left onto PA Route 997. At the "Y" intersection bear right onto route 696. At the town of Newburg, watch the signs carefully and stay on Route 696 (requires a left turn followed by an immediate right turn). Continue on Route 696 south another 8 miles to Shippensburg. Entrance to the campus will be on the left.

WOODLAND HILLS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Take the parkway west (Rt. 376 W) and exit at Churchill (left lane exit).  At the second red light, make a left onto Graham Blvd. and go to the stop sign.  At the stop sign, bear left onto the Greensburg Pike and continue through the light.  The school entrance is approximately 1/4 mile on the right.

Or

Follow Rt. 30 W over the Westinghouse Bridge where the road merges onto Ardmore Blvd.  Continue past the Forest Hills Police Station (on the right) to the first red light and make a right onto Braddock Road.  Follow Braddock Road to the "T" and make a left onto the Greensburg Pike then make the first left into the high school.

Yough High School
Take Route 30 W to PA Route 119 S.  Route 119 S will run directly into I-70 in New Stanton.  Take I-70 W to the West Newton/RT. 31 Exit #51B.  At the exit ramp stop sign, turn left.  This will lead to RT. 31.  Turn right onto RT. 31 W.  Travel west for 3.1 miles to the intersection of PA RT. 136.  Turn right onto RT. 136 E and travel east for 2.9 miles to S.R. 3057 (Herminie Road).  This road is not well marked.  Turn left onto Herminie Road and travel north for 2.3 miles to the intersection.  This is a 4-way stop intersection.  There is a Citgo and Dairy Queen on the corner.  Turn left and travel for 0.7 miles and Yough High School will be on the right.
